1019 DIED AT MUDVILLE MONDAY--Mrs. Amanda Jane McCREIGHT, 89 years, resident of the Mudville community, her entire life, died at her home early Monday morning. She had been a lifelong worker of the Pleasant Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church, of which she had been a member for 50 years. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. J. N. MILLER; seven grandchildren, John Will McCREIGHT, Roger Pete McCREIGHT, Alex McCREIGHT, Woodrow McCREIGHT and Virginia McCREIGHT, all of Rosemark; Mrs. R. L. WILLIAMS, of Brunwick; Francis McCREIGHT, of El Paso, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Billy and Alice WILLIAMS. Funeral services were held at Pleasant Union Presbyterian Church, at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning, February 2nd.

He is the son of my father's brother.  He was a paraplegic - the result of a logging incident when he was about 21.  He had three daughters - one of which died in a car accident.  He is buried in the same cemetery as Mom.  It is in Drummonds.

WILSON — Horace Phelan “H.P.” CASH III, 74, of Wilson died Friday at SMC Regional Medical Center in Osceola.

Survivors include his mother, Marie CASH of Wilson; daughters, Connie Riley of Heber Springs and Margie Miller of Memphis; grandsons, Justin Riley, Michael B. Sides and Dylan Riley; and sister, Ozella Warhurst of Apopka, Fla.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola with Dr. Gary Yarbrough officiating. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in Poplar Grove Cemetery at Drummond, Tenn.

Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

The obituary is from the Jonesboro Sun, Jonesboro, AR, USA. Notice that he was buried in Poplar Grove.

Age about 10 months. Mr. Boyd was born in Chester County, S. C. and reared under the Christian influence of the Pleasant Grove church. Though he had never joined any church and came to Arkansas in 1871, I [Rev. J. P. Erwin] learned from his intimate acquaintances he never forgot some moral precepts learned in his youth and the fond mother who had taught him.
