  Commercial Appeal, The (Memphis, TN) - February 21, 2003 Deceased Name: PARIS - Minnie 'Eron' Hart Carrington PARIS - Minnie 'Eron' Hart Carrington, 98, of Embarrass, Wis., formerly of Paris, homemaker and former employee of Allied Products in Detroit, died Feb. 5 at Pine Manor Health Care Center in Embarrass. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Shady Grove Baptist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Shady Grove Cemetery. McEvoy Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Carrington, the widow of Thomas Milburn Carrington, leaves two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
