Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown has charge. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis, a member of American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Memphis Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He also was a bass-baritone soloist in the chancel choir at St. Mary's Episcopal Cathedral and a Presbyterian. Mr. Perkins, the widower of Marguerite Simonton Perkins, leaves a caregiver, Fanelle Maddux of Memphis. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Church Health Center.
