The obituary you requested reads as follows:
W. E. Vinson, Former County Citizen, Dies
Walter E. Vinson, aged 62, former Rison businessman, died at his home at Fordyce Friday, as the result of a stroke suffered Wednesday morning. Mr. Vinson, who was born in the Rowell section, operated a grocery and filling station in Fordyce for 20 years. Before going to Fordyce, he was associated with his borther-in-law, C. E. Boyd, in the operation of a store here.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Fordyce, conducted by the Rev. Edward Harris pastor of the Methodist Church, assisted by other Fordyce pastors. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery there.
Besides his wife, who was before their marriage, Miss Ione Boyd of Rowell, Mr. Vinson is survived by two daughters Miss Myrtis Vinson, teacher in the Fordyce School, and Mrs. W. O. Robinson* of Tulip; one son, Embry Vinson of Fordyce; two brothers, J. A.* and W. R. Vinson of Pine Bluff.
Sheriff T. H. Glover, Treasurer M. W. Reed, R. C. Searcy and F. W. Culpepper from here attended the services for Mr. Vinson.
