Gail Hopkins; 219 Bride Lane; Covington, TN 38019. Gail actually lives at Mt. Lebanon, about 6 miles out of Covington. She is a
member of Garland United Methodist Church. Her husband is Troy Hopkins and he is a big farmer. Her children are Glenn who is 50 this year and is married to Marcie and they have 3 children, Nathan, who will be 22 this year and twin boys- Mitch & Mike who will be 17 in December. Glenn is also a farmer and his son is a farmer and is already buying a small farm, but farms with his Grand-Dad and Dad. Both of the twins work on the farm and love it. They will be Seniors when (and if) school starts. Gail & Troy had twins, Kelly and Keith who will be 48 in October. Kelly is a Registered nurse at St. Frances, Bartlett and has 3 children, Jacob(Jake) who is 20 and will be a Junior (I think) at University of Memphis, girls- Hannah who was 17 in December and Peyton,who was 15 in January. Keith, who is married to wife, Lesley and they 2 children, daughter- Lillie Grace who is 17 and son-Kayson who is 11. Keith runs large equipment at old DuPont Plant,but I don't know company he works for.

Obituary
Mrs. Mary Gail Hathcock Hopkins, 73 of Covington, passed away on December 18, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. Hopkins was retired from working as the Secretary to the Commander Chief in the Naval Air Reserve and was a member for forty years of the Garland Methodist Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher, choir member, and on numerous committees.
Mrs. Hopkins is survived by her husband, Mr. Troy Edward Hopkins; her children, Glenn Hopkins (Marcie) and Keith Hopkins (Lesley), both of Covington; her daughter, Kelly Hopkins (Mike) of Oakland; her sisters, Janelle Cole of Drummonds, Joyce Calise of Covington, and Lisa Smith of Orlando, FL; and by her grandchildren, Nathan Hopkins, Mitch Hopkins, Mike Hopkins, Lillie Grace Hopkins, Kayson Hopkins, Jake Massey, Hannah Massey, Peyton Massey, Austin Rush, and Courtney Moore, Mrs. Hopkins was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Wylodine Glidewell Hathcock.
Visitation for Mrs. Hopkins has been limited to the family members only. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 21st, at 1:00 at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
The family has asked for memorials to be sent to the Garland United Methodist Church. [2]
