  Margaret Glidewell Dixon Date of Death - May 28, 2009 Posted: Tuesday, June 2, 2009 12:00 am Margaret Glidewell Dixon, 84, of Munford, a retired bookkeeper for Tipton County School System, died at Millington Healthcare. A lifelong member of Munford United Methodist Church, she sang in the choir for over 50 years. She loved to play cards, share her corn patch with neighbors and relatives. And was a Cub Scout den mother and an excellent cook. Services were June 1 at Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel. Interment was in Helen Crigger Cemetery. She is survived by sons, Randy (Julie) Dixon of Burlison, John David Dixon of Memphis, Daniel R. (Angelia) Dixon of Baldwyn, Miss., and Don (Rubye) Dixon of Munford; sisters, Wylodine Hathcock and Mary Jo Quinley both of Munford, and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Marlin Owen Dixon; and two brothers, Nashville Leonard Glidewell Jr. and Glenn Glidewell.
