  Annie Laurie Young married Ralph E. McDaniel on December 14, 1910 in Tipton County. ILL FOR TWO YEARS--Mrs. Annie McDANIEL, wife of Ralph McDANIEL, of Salem, died Thursday, May 5th, following an illness of two years. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. KERR at the Salem A.R.P. Church, of which she had long been a member.The proof of her Christianity was illustrated in the fortitude with which she bore her long illness Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons; Ralph Erskine, Denver, David Pressley, Robert Agnew and Calvin Young; two sisters, Mrs.C.T.BRYSON of Pottsville, AR, USA, Mrs. Thede STRONG and one brother, D.P.YOUNG of this county; an aunt,Miss Belle PRESSLEY,who live in the home during the long illness of Mrs.McDANIEL.  - From Covington Leader Newspaper - May 12-26, 1932
