  CLARA JO ELLIS BILLINGS, 73, retired teacher, Millington Middle School, died August 27, 2012 in Memphis, TN. Graveside services will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, August 29 in Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life on Thursday, August 30 at Christ United Methodist Church from 5-7 p.m. Mrs. Billings was a member of the Millington Book Club, Baker’s Dozen Bridge Club, Wood Grove Park Garden Club, CUMC Women’s Circle, Bible Study Groups and Lamplighter Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Billings and her parents Cato and Sue Ellis. She leaves two daughters, Jennifer Wyllie of Fairfax Station, VA and Wynn Robinson of Memphis; one sister, Frankie Wade of Memphis; one brother, Cato “Bubba” Ellis of Memphis; three grandchildren, Drew Wyllie, McFerrin Wyllie and Lillie Robinson.
