  Esther James McKEOWN The State Newspaper, Columbia, SC, USA February 8, 1911 Mrs. W. O. McKeown. Special to The State Chester, Feb. 7 – Mrs. Esther J. McKeown, wife of W. O. McKeown of Cornwell, died on the 6th inst. after a very brief illness at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. B. Boyd.  The funeral services were held at Pleasant Grove church yesterday afternoon by Rev. G. G. Brown, pastor, Mrs. McKeown having been an earnest member of the congregation.  The husband and the following children survived; H. J. and A. B. McKeown and Mrs. W. Banks Boyd of Cornwell; S. C. McKeown of Sumter and Mrs. W. H. Simpson of Chester county. [5]
