The Douglass home is still owned by their descendants and located in Douglass community, SC, USA on the road to New Hope A.R.P. Church. Their seven children are: Martha S. Douglass (1826); John S. Douglass (1834-1912), married Margaret 1). Boyce; Jane G. Douglass (1830); Alexander S. Douglass (1833); Margaret S. Douglass (1836), married Rev. J. H. Peoples; Mary E.
