Mr. William Aaron White, 93, of Star City, died Sunday, September 24, 2000, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was of the late William Lester and Elizabeth Jane Boyd White.
Mr. White was of the Assembly of God faith. He attended Star city High School as a young man. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include a son, LaVon White of Greenwood, Ark; two daughters, Shirley White McCoy of Texarkana, Ark. and Eloise White Weatherford of Dumas, Ark.; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sept. 27 at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City with Brother Elmer Byerly officiating. Burial will be at Leek Cemetery in Star City. [3]
