  Commercial Appeal, The (Memphis, TN, USA) - September 20, 1990 Deceased Name: HOWARD HICKS CARRINGTON HOWARD HICKS CARRINGTON, 76, of Collierville, retired businessman and farmer, died Wednesday morning at St. Francis Hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Collierville Funeral Home with burial in Magnolia Cemetery there. Carrington was past president of Collierville Rotary Club and a member of Collierville Masonic Lodge No. 152. He leaves his wife, Virginia Kelsey Carrington; two daughters, Mrs. Carole Ann Moorer of Birmingham and Mrs. Ginger Magruder of Ocean Springs, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Ward and Mrs. Elizabeth Kelsey, both of Collierville; three brothers, Vance Carrington and Richard Carrington, both of Collierville, and David Carrington of Dallas, and four grandchildren. The family requests any memorials be sent to Collierville United Methodist Church, where he was a member.
